Diabetes Prevention & Self-Management workshopPrimero Health, Inc is offering a FREE 4-week Community Diabetes Education Workshop at St. Julia Catholic Church beginning June 22. This series of workshops will help individuals learn how to reduce health complications caused by diabetes. The workshop includes information on nutrition, fitness, and other key elements dealing with Diabetes Prevention and Self-Management.
